Unfortunately, we were not able to find an email address for Hawaiian Airlines. However, we did find a contact form which can be used to get in touch with Hawaiian Airlines.
For complex issues that require additional (physical) documentation, sending a letter to Hawaiian Airlines is usually the best way of communicating. This will allow you to clearly and thoroughly articulate your problem or question and provide any necessary documents. When sending documents by mail, it's important to provide copies rather than the original documents.
To ensure that your letter arrives safely and to keep track of its delivery, send it via registered mail. This type of delivery is more reliable and enables you to track the progress of your letter from start to finish.
A contact form is a convenient way to communicate with Hawaiian Airlines and get the information you need. It allows you to easily and quickly send a message to Hawaiian Airlines and receive a response.
Depending on the volume of inquiries Hawaiian Airlines receives, it may take some time for them to respond. If you need an immediate reaction call Hawaiian Airlines.
Messaging apps can be an easy and effective way to get in contact with Hawaiian Airlines. It allows you to communicate with Hawaiian Airlines in real-time, and most of the time you get a response faster than you would through other channels such as email, phone or social media.
For most messaging apps options, you have to create an account. Although they are free to use, you will have to fill out your personal details. For most messaging apps options, you have to download software on your mobile device or computer.
If you have a sensitive or a confidential issue to discuss with Hawaiian Airlines (or any other company/authority), it may be better to contact Hawaiian Airlines through a more private channel, such as by phone or email because social media is a public platform, your message may be seen by other users.

Documents for travel to/from Hawaii and within the Hawaiian Islands are the same for any other U.S. state. If you are flying to Hawai‘i within the United States, you only need a valid government photo ID. A list of accepted forms of ID can be found on the TSA website.
*Important REAL ID reminder: new ID requirements
Most U.S. travelers use their state driver's license to clear airport TSA security checkpoints on domestic flights, although many forms of ID, including passports, are accepted. Beginning May 7, 2025, the TSA requires state driver's licenses to be REAL ID compliant. Please note, even if you have TSA PreCheck, you will still need a REAL ID or other acceptable ID.
REAL ID-compliant cards are marked with a star or the word “enhanced” at the top of the card. For state-specific information, including where to obtain a REAL ID, visit the DHS REAL ID website and click your state on the map.
Children and teenagers under 18 years of age do not need an ID when traveling with a companion who has a valid ID. However, we recommend that they travel with some form of ID, such as a school ID card. If you are traveling with a lap infant, we may ask for proof of the child's age, so we recommend traveling with a copy of the birth certificate.
Click here for information about Children Traveling Alone.
All travelers, including infants and children, must have a valid passport when traveling internationally. A visa may also be required for entry at your destination.
